Mom (Beverly) showed a natural artistic talent from an early age. She left us a legacy of art and art appreciation. Many of her grandchildren have shown a similar talent. Here is a picture she drew of Patty when she was about eight.

She actually had me sit in pose for this sketch. She did it free hand. She convinced me to try and hold still which wasn't easy for me to do. I was happy to have her draw me. I love that the sketch is still around.
