Grandma Beverly's Spaghettini

Spaghettini with Green Sauce

¼ c. packed fresh basil (or 2 T. dry)

2 T. parsley flakes

¼ C. soft butter

8 oz. cream cheese

1/3 c. parmesan cheese

¼ c. olive oil

1 clove minced garlic

½ t. pepper

½ t. salt

2/3 c. boiling water

Place all in blender and mix well. Serve over cooked spaghettini or coiled vermicelli.

this was one of moms standards, Lily made it at the dorm on labor day and it was a big hit, I also remember it being one of Dads faves. Thanks for the memories Sue
